Ordering
Browse our products, click "Add to Cart," then go to your cart and click "Checkout." Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Go to My Orders, find the order, and click "Cancel." Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible—you may request a return instead.
Log in and visit My Orders in your account dashboard. You'll see the current status and tracking number for each order.
No, there is no minimum order value. You can purchase any item regardless of the amount.
Payments & EPP
We accept FPX online banking, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and 0% EPP (Easy Payment Plan) for eligible purchases.
Easy Payment Plan (EPP) allows you to split eligible purchases into monthly installments at 0% interest. Select the EPP option at checkout, choose your preferred tenure (3, 6, or 12 months), and pay with a participating credit card.
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
For FPX and card payments, you are charged immediately upon order confirmation. For EPP, the first installment is charged at checkout and subsequent payments follow your card billing cycle.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes 2–5 business days. East Malaysia deliveries take 5–10 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
Yes, we deliver to Sabah and Sarawak. Additional charges may apply depending on the product size and weight.
Shipping costs vary by seller and product. Some sellers offer free shipping. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.
Returns & Refunds
Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Digital products and perishable goods are non-returnable.
Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return/Refund." Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. FPX refunds appear sooner, while card refunds may take up to 14 days.
